MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To assist and oversee the service of beverages within the Members and Function bar, along with food service (If applicable.) To liaise with the kitchen and waiting staff to ensure the smooth running of the bar and catering activities on a daily basis. To assist in the setup of the Function room for events and support the staff in their smooth running. Locking up in the evenings is also part of the role. WORK REQUIREMENTS: • Work bar shifts on a Rota basis • Work evening and some weekend shifts • Be self-motivated and support staff members • Have great people and customer service skills • Have previous bar knowledge (Min. 2 years) • Be well presented at all times • Ensure bar areas are clean and hygienic • Cashing up BENEFITS: • Flexible working hours • Overtime available • Pension scheme (3%) • Holiday entitlement (28 days inc.
