Elite Electrics was established in November 2012 and was set up to fill a gap in the domestic market, which was being left short by other companies. Many people spoken to talked about tradesmen being unreliable, not returning calls, not turning up, not listening to their requirements, not finishing the job, leaving a mess, hiding extra charges etc. etc. The gap was for a tradesman whose first priority was YOU - "The Customer". A need for a professional who would complete all aspects of the installation to a high standard in FULL compliance with current requirements of Regulations and Safety and then clean up after themselves. We carry out our work in your home as though it were our own - if we wouldn't be happy with it in our home we won't be happy with it in yours. Elite Electrics has over 10 years experience of electrical installations, BS 7671: 2008 (Requirements for Electrical Installations) and customer service. We have always used high quality reliable materials in all our installations because we believe that no business can survive by fitting cheap accessories that often go wrong. The only phone calls that we receive from past customers are to ask us to carry out more work for them, never complaints. We have stayed mainly in the domestic sector of the market providing a quality personal service to homeowners. Our wealth of experience enables us to offer good sensible, honest advice to potential customers and enable us to find and locate problems and faults on domestic / small commercial wiring quickly and efficiently. We have built a reputation to be proud of and we intend to ensure that our reputation never gets damaged by continuing to maintain the high standards. Some of our competitors consider certificates to be unnecessary paperwork but with effect from 1st January 2005 it is now a Criminal Offence under the new amended Building Regulations (known as Part "P") for non-registered electrical installers to carry out certain types of Electrical Installation work in Domestic properties. The issuing of certificates by competent installers is now a mandatory requirement. The certificate has become a necessary evil due to now living in a litigation society we all have to be able to prove 100% that our work is safe and that it has been installed professional and competently.
