Meet Santa ,the real reindeer and the Beehive family of animals are open this year from the 30th November until the 23rd December, Walk through our winter wonderland, visit the animals, you may even be lucky enough to see Santa’s reindeer resting before they take flight on Christmas Eve. You’ll continue through the Wonderland where you will meet Santa, sit next to the man himself and receive your gift. our elves will be on hand to guide you BABIES (Babies in arms/under 12 months may enter but ticket does not include a present). and must be accompanied by a paying child and adult. BUGGIES there will be a designated buggy area Please note buggies may not enter, and do not fit through the Wonderland TO DINE AFTER YOUR VISIT To dine with us after your visit, please allow 10-15 minutes from the time of your booking, we advise you book in advance (go to our booking section), please see our menu & festive menu ON THE DAY TICKETS We cannot guarantee admission unless you pre book your tickets, if there is room, tickets will be opened up to the public, however these will be at a higher rate, and you will have to wait for a free spot. CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS POLICY You must arrive at your slot time promptly, failure to do so may result in you missing your allocated slot. All tickets are non-refundable. no changes can be made after booking. No refunds will be given in the event of non-attendance of the ticket holder on the day. in the event of a COVID ‘lockdown’ or we are unable to open, tickets will be refunded
