Enfield Food Festival: Forty Hall Farm and Vineyard Tasting Menu

Celebrate the arrival of spring with a feast of local food grown and produced right here on our doorstep at Forty Hall Farm, a 160 acre certified organic farm with a thriving market garden, rare breed animals, a community orchard and London’s only commercial scale vineyard. With community and learning at its heart, it is also a place of learning for the next generation of farmers and horticulturalists, studying at Capel Manor College, Enfield. On arrival, guests will enjoy a rare opportunity to taste one of the first vintages of Forty Hall Vineyard’s London Brut before enjoying a delicious tasting menu of 5 courses that celebrate all that is in season at Forty Hall Farm. Guests will gather to eat at long tables, so it doesn't matter if you come solo or in a group, we'll all feast together. The dinner will be prepared for you by award-winning chef Ben Murphy, who was previously Head Chef with ENFOOD at the Civic Centre, Dugdale Arts Centre and Enfield Library Café. Ben was presented the ‘Celebrating Seasonal and Local’ award at the Sustainable Restaurant Association Awards 2019 for his commitment to sustainability and celebrating local food heroes in the borough, including Forty Hall Farm. Ben will be returning once again to showcase the fabulous produce of Forty Hall Farm, incorporating zero waste cooking techniques to truly celebrate the farm from nose to tail and root to fruit. Forty Hall Farm are committed to ethical and sustainable food production. The Tasting Menu will be ticketed in advance in order to reduce food waste. There will also be Forty Hall Vineyard wines and small 'bar bites' created by Ben with farm produce available for walk ins
