The Role Primarily the undertaking of the careful handling, loading and unloading furniture, effects and accoutrements, ensuring full compliance to current Road Transport Regulations, in a host of working environments including but not limited to: 1. Offices 2. Factories and Warehouses 3. Homes 4. Laboratories 5. Schools 6. Libraries 7. Galleries and Museums 8. Records Depositories In the absence of driving works, undertake porterage , packing, loading and handling duties. This role will require will include distance work and overnight stays. Skills/ Experience: 1. C Licence (essential) 2. Digital Driver Card (essential) 3. Drivers Qualification Card - CPC (essential) 4. Knowledge of established legal tachograph procedures (essential) 5. ADR (packages) Licence (preferred but not essential) 6. Removals industry experience preferred 7. Organised and hardworking manner 8. Strong attention to detail 9. Ability to multitask 10. Self-motivator 11. Clear and precise communication skills 12. Able to bring intuitive ideas to progress a fast paced and constantly evolving department. Personal Attributes: 1. Able to understand and comply with agreed procedures and systems 2. Team player 3. Customer and client focussed 4. High service delivery ethic 5.
