The Role The role of a Tele-Marketer within Crown Workspace is responsible for promoting all services offered with a key-focus on Office Relocation, Systems Relocation & Sustainable Furniture Solutions to both our existing Client Base and New Client Relationships. What you will do: 1. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities across Workplace Consultancy and Office Relocation/ Furniture sectors of our business. This is primarily a non-client facing role that relies on building relationships via telephone/email/online although there will also be opportunities to attend networking and marketing events. Portal Engagement: 1. Monitor and engage opportunities through external publications. Utilise lead sources including feedback on data generated. 2. Develop Tender/RFP/RFI opportunities for consideration with Head of Divisions and action accordingly. Research: 1. Research and monitor opportunities for Crown Workspace & Crown Worldwide. 2. Develop a network of third-party consultants aligned to opportunity. Database Management: 1. Update new and existing client’s accounts within the CRM system through regular contact with account contacts. 2.
