We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Director of Marketing Performance to join our team based in Enfield , north London. In this role you will be responsible for leading a small team focused on for driving measurable marketing outcomes across the EMEA region for all brands: Crown World Mobility, Crown Relocations, Crown Information Management, Crown Fine Art, and Crown Workspace and any new brands developed across the region. This role focuses on improving lead quality, increasing conversion rates, and optimising digital touchpoints across the customer journey. This role will oversee the regional marketing performance function, aligning marketing with commercial and sales priorities to support pipeline acceleration and revenue growth. A strategic and data-driven leader, the Director of Marketing Performance will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the region and report into the Group VP of Marketing while sitting on the EMEA leadership team and Group Marketing team. PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES • Deliver a performance marketing strategy focused on lead generation, conversion optimisation, and marketing ROI • Increase the effectiveness of campaigns through CRO, automation, segmentation, and personalisation • Implement strong measurement frameworks to track campaign results and user journey performance • Ensure seamless collaboration between marketing and sales to optimise lead qualification and pipeline value • Build and lead a high-performing regional team focused on delivery, innovation, and results • Translate commercial goals into digital marketing action, aligned with regional needs and brand strategies • Work with the GVP of marketing to determine the appropriate EMEA marketing team and resource plan, skills and location • Develop and maintain a marketing budget maintaining controls and governance while looking for cost and process efficiencies • Work closely with other regions across the group, as well as the Digital, Communications and Design group teams KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial Marketing Performance Develop and execute marketing programmes that directly support pipeline growth and sales enablement Define and report KPIs, conversion funnels, and micro-conversions across web, email, and campaigns Align marketing activities with sales to improve lead scoring, nurturing, and handover processes Marketing Planning • Planning and execution of an approved annual Marketing plan for the EMEA region aligned to business strategy Brand Management • Partnering with the marketing central teams, you will be a co-custodian of our brands and ensure adherence to the brand strategy to drive brand value within the EMEA region Website acquisition and content management Responsible for all country-specific content on B2C/B2B websites, social media and other marketing assets/collateral that require content development across all brands. Maintain ongoing dialogue and visibility of activities with the digital team to ensure group digital standards and strategy are maintained Digital Acquisition & CRO Manage with support from Digital leadership, all regional digital acquisition channels (paid search, SEO, social, remarketing) Collaborate with the global digital team for alignment on tools, tracking, and platform development including the CRO roadmap – including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user flow enhancements Content and Campaign Strategy Oversee campaign planning and execution aligned to product, sector, and market priorities Work with local market leads and global brand to localise messaging and maximise campaign relevance Ensure campaign content is optimised for conversion and integrated across platforms Automation & Email Marketing Drive marketing automation strategies, email segmentation, and performance-driven comms Implement nurture journeys and triggered flows aligned to customer lifecycle stages Reporting & Insights Build, as required, and manage dashboards for marketing performance by brand, campaign, and geography Present insights to stakeholders and make recommendations based on performance data Stakeholder & Resource Management Collaborate with commercial, digital, and local market teams to align marketing performance goals Line manage the regional marketing team and support development Oversee agency relationships and ensure delivery of performance-focused outcomes Marketing Services • Responsible for ensuring the production and distribution of a range of country-specific marketing communication elements including e-newsletters, direct marketing, collateral and brochures (digital and hardcopy) Event Management • Organisation, execution and ROI measurement of client network events and forums alongside the marketing team Internal Communications • Manage the content, production and distribution of internal communications throughout the region Stakeholder Management • Demonstrate effective communication with business unit heads, Functional managers, Regional Managing Directors, peer Regional Marketing Managers and the centra marketing teams Resource Management • Joint responsibly for the marketing budget across all business units (together with the P & L owners). • Line manager to the EMEA marketing team • Management of any external agency relationships including PR, brand, creative and digital Global Marketing Leadership • As a member of the GMO leadership team, you will be jointly responsible for the internal perception of marketing’s contribution and delivery of global marketing impact. This includes ensuring quality control and governance are adhered to. Scope of position This is a senior role with regional influence and responsibility for driving growth across the EMEA region. The Director of Marketing Performance is a key voice in translating brand ambition into measurable commercial outcomes. Measurement of success • Increase in marketing-qualified and sales-accepted leads (MQLs / SQLs) • Growth in lead-to-opportunity and lead-to-sale conversion rates • Improved performance from digital campaigns and paid media • Increased campaign ROI and improved cost-per-lead benchmarks • Contribution to brand awareness through targeted acquisition • Engagement and performance scores of EMEA marketing team • Adoption of best-practice CRO and automation across brands • Cost control against agreed budget • Increased brand awareness in the region • Compliance with Group brand guidelines • Deliver marketing quality and adherence to internal marketing controls and governance • NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
