Principle Objective: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer/Marketeer to join our team in the IT asset disposal industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and enhancing our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills. In addition, promote and cross sell other Crown WW service offerings, making key qualified appointments for other sales experts to attend and prospect including Crown Workspace, World Mobility, Crown Fine Art, Crown Relocations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT asset disposal sector to drive growth. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the IT asset disposal industry, including corporations, government agencies, and other organizations. • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs specific to IT asset disposal and recycling. • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored to the IT asset disposal industry to increase the client base. • Proposal Writing: Prepare business proposals and bids for IT asset disposal projects. • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. • Reporting: Report on successes and areas needing improvement, with a focus on IT asset disposal metrics and KPIs. • Department Strategy Implementation: Work with the Head of Department to implement the department strategy and support the team with projects and personal development. • Client Interaction: Work directly with clients, attend site meetings, assist in the development of tenders, and work on processes and procedures to streamline our service. • Team Leadership: Be a role model within the team, assist junior team members in understanding their roles, and support their development. • Company Representation: Represent the company at various events, actively grow knowledge of Crown, and advocate for all of our services. Skills/ Experience: • 3+ years’ experience in the IT Asset disposal industry • Strong research, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
